A sauna, an oven, an inferno? These are the first words come to mind when I try to describe what it was like to be at Terra Gotha III. Because of the huge response of fans who were already in Vlissingen all day, it quickly became clear that it would become very hot in De Piek. The festival was sold out long before 15 June, but still desperate people were hoping to get a ticket and to be part of Terra Gotha III. Here are some photos to relive the moment.

The Crüxshadows from USA were this Terra Gotha's headliner. Favorites like Eurydice, Tears, Marilyn My Bitterness were played but also songs from the forthcoming album Wishfire which sounded very promising. Singer Rogue mentioned that this was the hottest place they have ever played. And to heat things up a little, the band also had 2 very good dancers on both sides of the stage.

Singer Rogue climbed the speakers, danced with the audience during the set, and invited as many people as possible on the Piek's stage during the encore Marilyn, My Bitterness. Although exhausted by the brilliant performance and the heat, the band still took time for everyone who wanted an autograph or a photo with the band.More photos from The Crüxshadows at Terra Gotha III and other concerts can be seen here.

The Dawn Visitors from Belgium were the second band at Terra Gotha III. Female dark electro is a good description for their music. During the whole set there were two men with latex masks holding torches. It must have been unbearable underneath those masks.During the song Temptation the Gothic CD and clothing store De Bard from Vlissingen had a small Gothic fashion show. More pics from their performance can be seen here.

The Dutch Gothic rockers from Asrai were openers for this Terra Gotha. Unfortunately not all people were already inside De Piek. Already at the start of their performance it was getting warm inside the venue. Powerful vocals with strong guitars, and a driving bass drum combination is what Asrai stands for. And some photos of wonderdful people.

I wish to thank all these people for helping turning Terra Gotha III into a succesfull event
